The Hailey Day Centre is a drop-in centre for older people situated in the heart of Sawbridgeworth, off Bell Street Car Park.

THE HAILEY DAY CENTRE OFFERS A                 WARM WELCOME

to everyone over the age of 55 years who may wish to make use of the services on offer these include, for example:

·       

The drop-in coffee mornings each weekday and Saturday mornings

·       Afternoon activities where a small charge is made for a particular activity. Occasionally there is a waiting list for some activities

·       Outings to various places of interest and theatre trips

·       The Chiropody service/Hearing Aid service

·       Occasional talks

·       Shopping trips on the CVS bus ‘manned’ by volunteers

We are most grateful to all the volunteers who make it possible to keep the Centre open and who ensure that it is a warm and welcoming place to visit.

These facilities are open to everybody with no priority being given to any one person or demand made for regular attendance at the Centre in order to qualify for services.
